The weather has turned in Sydney. When I’m wearing a wet woollen coat and there’s rain running down my neck I feel no music sounds better than Townes Van Zandt.

I’ve put a mix together of all eras, all albums, raked through live performances towards the end of his life when his voice is starting to crack and strain, studio outtakes, demos and the like.
