Distort #17 is one of many tribute mag to the city of Cleveland, featuring interviews with Gag Reflex, Homostupids, Puncture Wound, Darvocets and a reprint of an old Inside Front Cleveland scene report from Tony Erba.

This issue of Distort was a split with Brendon Annesley’s Dirty Alleys, Dirty Minds, a mag he produced three issues of before he started Negative Guest List, the last great punk mag.

I will write more about Brendon in an upcoming post but would like to pay tribute here, RIP.
